Workshops That Challenge, Equip and Transform

I design and facilitate practical, participatory workshops that engage both the head and the heart. Each session is grounded in lived experience, academic research and real-world relevance,  creating space for honest reflection, dialogue and skill-building.

These aren’t just one-off workshops. They’re catalysts for meaningful, lasting change that equip individuals and teams to build cultural humility, challenge ingrained biases and embed equity into everyday practice.

Signature Workshops

Culturally Responsive Teaching

Support students to thrive by embedding anti-racism into teaching practice and school culture. This workshop helps educators and school administrators to create inclusive environments that challenge racial bias and dominant norms, and foster belonging for all students, especially those from racially and culturally marginalised communities.

From Bystander to Upstander: Leading with Equity

Move beyond passive support with practical tools to challenge bias, disrupt everyday harm, and foster a team culture where equity, accountability, and respect are part of how people lead, collaborate and show up.

Beyond “Just Jokes”: Addressing Micro-aggressions at Work

Unpack the everyday comments, behaviours and assumptions that can marginalise colleagues and undermine a sense of safety and belonging. This workshop equips staff to recognise, respond to and prevent micro-aggressions, fostering a more respectful, culturally aware workplace.

Racism Isn’t Always Loud: Naming the Everyday and the Systemic

Explore how racism operates in both subtle everyday interactions and across structural systems, shaping workplace culture, opportunity and decision-making. This workshop equips participants with the language, frameworks and strategies to recognise, name and actively challenge racism at every level.

~ Dr Lisa Hartley, (Former) Co-Director) of Curtin Centre for Human Rights Education ~

“I had the privilege of attending a workshop by Elizabeth on the importance of psychosocial safety in advocacy. Elizabeth delivered the session with remarkable professionalism and care. Her expert knowledge and personal experience created a safe and inclusive space, allowing participants to openly discuss and share their experiences. Elizabeth's facilitation of sensitive subject matter, including the impacts of racism on psychosocial safety, was exceptional. Her expertise, empathy, and the invaluable insights really enhanced the overall learning experience.

Innovation has been at the heart of our efforts at Royal Life Saving and while we have expertise empowering our community to be safe in and around water it is vital that our workplace and organisational culture is inclusive. We thank Elizabeth and her team for facilitating an engaging session which was well received and has contributed to our understanding of the formation of unconscious bias and its impact on society.
