A dynamic social entrepreneur dedicated to fostering a more just and inclusive world, a principle embedded in all her ventures.
As the Founding CEO of Diversity Focus, Elizabeth passionately
drives the creation of inclusive workplace cultures, with a specific
focus on advancing racial and gender equity.
She is also the Founder of Mane Caps, an Australian-based
business providing comfortable swimming caps for voluminous
hair. This initiative ensures accessibility to water-based sports
for individuals with one shared characteristic – big hair.
MAJOR MILESTONES

Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Social Science
and a Master of Human Rights from Curtin Centre for
Human Rights Educ ation. Currently pursuing doctoral
studies at Curtin University, her research delves into
critical issues surrounding gender equity and cultural
diversity.

Beyond academia, Elizabeth provides advisory
services and holds positions on various boards,
including Chair of the Perth African Nations Sports
Association (PANSA) Inc. and membership on the
Refugee Advisory Panel (RAP) for the Australian
government Department of Home Affairs.

Globally recognised, Elizabeth's impact transcends
borders. In 2021, she was honoured in the Global 100
Under 40 Most Influential People of African Descent.
Notable achievements include receiving the 2023
Business Migrant Award and the 2024 Telstra Best of
Business Award Finalist for Accelerating Women,
showcasing her unwavering commitment to advancing
gender equity through Diversity Focus.

Elizabeth is also the upcoming author of the book
"Wired for Bias," exploring how machine or artificial
intelligence (Al) bias can act as a tool for further
excluding and marginalising racial and ethnic
minorities across various industries.
