Workshops, partnerships, and resources to build a more inclusive future.
I’m Elizabeth Lang, a social impact entrepreneur, educator and strategist working at the intersection of justice, innovation and inclusion. I help organisations and communities move beyond good intentions toward inclusive, evidence-based transformation.
I speak and consult globally on racial equity, inclusive education and leadership. I’m also a PhD researcher exploring how cultural dynamics and systemic barriers shape responses to domestic and family violence.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief in the power of dignity, dialogue and justice to build environments where all people can thrive.
I’m a social impact entrepreneur, educator and strategist whose work centres human rights, because equity begins with people.
As the Founding CEO of Diversity Focus and Co-Founder of the Racism Register, I help organisations embed equity into policy, leadership and culture. My work spans sectors and systems, from grassroots to institutions, grounded in lived experience, academic research and practitioner insight
Beyond my speaking, research, and consulting, I lead and support several purpose-driven initiatives:
A creative family-led venture celebrating identity and expression (coming soon!)
Whether persuading international diplomats in the halls of the UN, educating school children in the classroom or consulting with community members in the local meeting room, Elizabeth uses her sophisticated communication skills to get to the heart of issues and build knowledge, understanding and opportunities for positive change. The Refugee Council has worked with Elizabeth in all these settings and have been consistently impressed by Elizabeth's ability to deal with extremely sensitive issues in a compassionate, thoughtful and positive manner
Whether you’re looking for a powerful keynote speaker, a thought partner for organisational change or a facilitator to build equity capacity – this is where we begin.
A powerful exploration of how racism lives in our everyday lives—and what it takes to unlearn it.
What happens when good intentions aren’t enough?
In Nice People Can Be Racist Too, I confront the subtle, often-unspoken forms of racism that shape our institutions, interactions and identities. Weaving together lived experience, global and local history and practitioner insight, this book is a call to move beyond silence, politeness and performance to truth, accountability and real change.
What You’ll Find Inside
Whether you’re just beginning your learning or ready to deepen your commitment, this book invites you into the work of becoming more conscious, courageous and committed to justice.
If you’re looking for a speaker who brings depth, clarity and courage to every stage, let’s talk! With over 100 talks delivered across Australia and internationally, I offer engaging, research-informed keynotes on anti-racism, justice and inclusive leadership for systems change.
